Hey friends, I am here again and I would like to write about taek session dated on 02/03/1405

05/23/2026. It was Friday Yesterday, I got up at 9:00 O’clock in the morning, then went outside and bought Bread Sangak from our local Bread shop after breakfast with family. And back to home. As my son few time reminded about that he would like to have Halim kind of Iranian Local Food which is specially baked on Fridays then I got on the Motorbike and started to look for halim shop and after a while I found a shop near Abouzar Shop

Today was special, as my taek master informed former session, prepare yourself for red belt

He Conducted my Belt Promotion test for Taegok 5 (O’jang) and Taegok 6 (Yook jang).

I performed my Forms, Gibons (basic hand and Foot Moves) and then Master Rasoul Hasani Fard and Master Mohebbi scored my performance after performance Master Rasoul said you got the accepted Point.

Then, I continue to performing my work in the Club.
